Colleen and James were among more than 600 millennials to make Forbes' list of young entrepreneurs for 2016.

Innovation Garage, Grammercy Communications

The Troy Innovation Garage is a co-working facility and an incubator for start-up businesses focused on creative professions. Nardacci, founder and CEO of Gramercy Communications traveled across the country to scope out similar concepts in Chicago, Miami, Washington, D.C., and other cities.  The building provides flexible office space with various seating options, meeting areas and private suites. It is also Gramercy’s headquarters.

Cory Nelson brought a new restaurant concept to south central Troy called the Troy Kitchen – a unique venue with a mix of culinary options and entertainment. The venture has become an incubator for restaurateurs.
